Service information

Terms & Conditions

Review draft. The service operator’s legal identity, contact details, retention periods and contractual terms must be confirmed before this policy is final.

1. About the service

SafiriCloud provides fleet operations, invoicing and collection tools for institutions and their authorised users. These draft terms describe intended use. Your institution’s signed service agreement and approved commercial terms must be reviewed together with this document.

2. Accounts and authorised access

Use your own institution account and keep sign-in details confidential. Your administrator assigns access to relevant functions. Do not share accounts, access another institution’s records or attempt to bypass permissions. Report suspected unauthorised access to your institution administrator promptly.

3. Operational and financial records

Enter accurate vehicle, crew, payment and reference information. A payment draft or pending offline activity is not a confirmed server transaction. Treat a payment as recorded only after server confirmation and receipt issuance. Review uncertain outcomes using the same saved request rather than submitting the payment again as new.

4. Platform usage charges

Where enabled for your institution, configured usage charges consume prepaid wallet credit. Rates, monthly minimums, top-ups and adjustments are governed by your agreed tenant billing configuration and commercial agreement. Insufficient credit may prevent chargeable operations. Fleet collections and the platform billing wallet are separate records.

5. Devices, updates and acceptable use

Protect devices used for work, install authorised updates and maintain connectivity for actions requiring server confirmation. Do not upload malicious material or interfere with the service. Downloaded APKs require an institution account; installation alone does not grant access to operational data.

6. Privacy and service arrangements

See the Privacy Policy for a description of current data handling. Availability commitments, support contacts, retention and export arrangements, termination, liability, governing law and dispute procedures must be finalised in the operator’s contractual terms before public launch.
